First, go to Control Panel, click System followed by Security. It says that its unable to create a PFILE from SPFILE because of this ORA-27041 unable to open the file. Replacing the computer right away is not a clever move, try to troubleshoot the problems first. iam able to bring up the database with size of SZA and my problem is not brining the database.
