I can't use it there because the resources can't handle it - I was just testing the disk. since my friend just removed one of his memories and "wuala" it worked.. I've even washed my hard drive clean and started my computer from new. cant fix it. Thanks in advance.

i've been getting the same problems when i'm trying to install cS.. this content hang 10/01/03 i changed my motherboard and it fixed the problem for the i/o error i was getting when i tried to install counterstrike. Still under Performance, click on the File System button, and then the CD-ROM tab. It'd be swell if someone could help us!
Well, I've found a workaround for my little (big) problem. so i guess you just have to try downloading the same file or try other versions of it till you get a good copy of it. I've been having a hell of a time trying to install Win98 on my computer because the 24x CD-ROM can't find some files. weblink Is it a downloaded file?

The Close Program Box will show the currently running programs. -Only Explorer and Systray should be listed when the game is started. The splash screen comes up and after I click install that's when I get the above message.
