I have tried a newly burned CD (burned at 10x, that was the lowest my system could cough up) also, but in vain. noe tell me about this problem that how could i handled it in a most easy way  Jeff Hi, I found my external hardisk in Device Manager but I can't seem memenode Within Windows XP the USB I/O error could simply be because drivers aren't installed.
