Would you please print what's on line 1087 in your /etc/sipxpbx/httpd.conf file? Also, be sure that you're using https and not just http in the URL to access sipXconfig. I hope that helps. In my /etc/yum.repos.d I didn't have anything but sipxecs-centos-stable.repo and I think that was my problem. Also, according to the sipXecs developers, the stunnel.conf file is not used so that error can be ignored.
