Whenever your RAM is too low, this problem may also happen. To create a new proxy mapping, click New. Whatever you enter here should be able to be "pinged" from the BES server (using the IP address directly may work better if you are having DNS issues). Click the Proxy Mappings tab.

The server could not understand the page request, or was uable to process it for some reason.
