Inside the folder (which contains all the files of the cd) you can find "util" directory and there "ccc" directory. Sorry I didnt get back to you until now, I ended up out on the road all week.I had already seen the advice below on the first page I found during And I agree... run disk clean up tools8.

It came up perfectly.It may not have been necessary to remove/reinstall the printer software...I believe the real fix is just to move the 1033.xml file to the correct directory... I use the HP Envy110 series and HP scanjet 8300. Uninstall would start removing drivers, but just before it finished each time, it would start going backwards and wouls then give up.I ran a system restore back to before I started I then used CCleaner (100% Free to use)http://www.piriform.com/ccleanerThis cleaned up any leftover cookies, abandoned registry entries etc..
I am also getting other errors including : BPD software.msi missing and Smartweb.msi missing. Covered by US Patent.
