I have a HP Office Jet H470 wireless printer. However, the Solution Center software is embedded in the Full Featured software for your printer/device. BERGER None of the proposed solutions got read of the plage "solutions center.msi". Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation packaged "SolutionCenter.msi." Does anyone know of a current site or download that will make this go away?
Many people are having the same problem. Monika Same problem here. HP, like so many other companies, cares so little about their customers that they don't even give them a way to contact HP. This problem has been bugging me for months and now I realise that I had 'removed' that part of the HP programmes because I thought I didn't really need it.
