What got it running after the fix was to run a BLANK copy(Nothing on the glass!).This allowed it to calibrate to the white level and then it worked fine! It could be just the black cover removal, who knows, but I'm very pleased.Removing the screws was a bitch cos although I had a T10 Torx insert, the shaft bore was Cleaning while leaving the black cover off did indeed fix the prepetual "Warming Up" for me. In my global resets, I had set the paper from A4 to Letter. Mine has been idle for 2 years and when trying to bring it to life, I can't get past "cartridge alignment".

Room was cool when we turned it off and when we turned it back on we got the warming message. Still not working. I searched everywhere and can't find a copy of the manual online. Invested an equivalent of 1EUR into a Torx TX10 screwdriver. That reset it the first few times.
