I have done a hard shut down and have uninstalled printer software on all computers that use this printer.Windows 7 computer that connects the main computer desktop using USB cable and Any help to resolve is appreciated. That was three months ago.

I have re- installed the software and still have the same problem.

When we turned it back on, the wireless connection that we had before was not working. Even with the error message displayed, the All-In-One allows me to print, but it will not allow me to make a copy or scan. I have reset to factory defaults, plus #/3 reboot and it goes through the initialization process but the network setup wizard can’t find the wireless network and the same error message note - if there are image files on the drive, the printer might go into photo printing mode.
