When I started having problems I had a color HP cartridge that I refilled and a generic black I got from shop4tech.com. Hi, you need to follow an instruction to get the issue resolved.open the cover and remove the cartridge close the cover,.unplug the power cable and then turn of the power switch email me directly at [emailprotected].. I have done it over and over with an HP cartridge, but it still won't recognize it. I checked the dates on the cartridges too and everything is fine with that.

Is there anything else I can try?
