Hp Photosmart 2610 Carriage Jam Error
Open the cartridge access door, and then wait until the carriage is idle and silent. note: If the product prints when plugged directly into a wall outlet, the power strip or surge suppressor might not be allowing enough voltage to reach the product. However, when I tried to gently move the carriage to teh center it wouldn't budge. The carriage is moving smoothly and everything looks ok.Any suggestions?Thanks. have a peek here

I removed the jammed paper, pushed the carriage back to the right-hand side, removed and replaced both ink cartridges, shut the access and the message remained.
