ive uninstalled and reinstalled,run a scrubber utility and a diagnostic utility..nothing...nada. I replaced my recently new right cartridge with a totally new cartridge (black). I cleaned the white strip (its on the left side of the underside of the lid as you stand facing the front of the printer). It usually happens after I change the cartridge. The buttons underneath are on a single panel. We did not use the printer for a couple months ans=d then when I moved it and plugged it in I am now getting th scan error when turning it on.

It is definately the main board that is faulty.
