Hello, this error related to the additional memory installed into the printer. Also the printer falls in the serial no range as described by the cust. Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya. So far the results have been good.

When I have time I am going to attempt to get HP to replace the 4 or 5 formatter boards I have changed out. If the problem persists, turn the device off and then on.
