The repair took about 40 minutes. It has two video ports on it – VGA and DisplayPort. will check the sensor flag and see what i find , thank you !! I tore it down & checked the solenoids (tray 3 & 2) with an ohm meter & both of them are the same. Check This Out Most times both trays for your model will have them.

Can't be the clutch: Swapped tray 2 and 3, same problem.
If the rollers turn, then on the paper tray itself remove the separation roller and remove the clutch behind it a put the roller back on the tray. While testing tray 2 I can see the rollers picking up the paper. You have to take the metal top off of the tray to get access to the solenoids, which are at the front of the tray adjacent to the pickup roller shaft.
