They did not use Tray 2 and used the manual feeder. I really don't know what is the problem. I was just printing out christmas cards and all of a sudden i got a paper jam. I also could not find any paper stuck in the printer. Check This Out

I have basically taken the whole machine apart and put it back together again and I can't find it either. To improve print speed and increase memory resources, disable paper jam recovery.
