I couldn't find the 54.11 error anywhere, so I called HP for information. Any suggestions? Any Ideas??

How to get a solution?
I have a small collection of HP4500 (3 No.) and one of them gives the 54.2 error. My 4550 produces excellent color and I am pleased with it. When I'm attempting to load my yellow cart I can't get the thing to align correctly not allowing installation of the cart. Then it's been telling me that the scan isn't working and to restart.
let's hope so it's just the fuser unit. click here now I really do not think the printer is the stupid one in this case. If you're interested, let me know. The only thing is..

Return the toner for refund or exchange. But still get the 54.2 error. Upon installing them. have a peek here This printer has been nothing but trouble.

I was low on black ink, so I bought a new black Toner cartridge and change the black cartridge.
Make sure it is rotating freely. It asks for a "reinstall" There is a question mark above the drum icon. Everything prints OK, but suddenly having a problem with scanning to or from the PCs. The carousel would not turn freely in one direction once the brake was released.

First thing I would do is remove all the cartridges, turn the printer off and then back on.
