You may want to go to the reference section of this board and download the service manual and look up print quality issues in the service manual and let us know He's fixed some real tough ones, but it appears he's never seen it either. I hate to admit defeat but I just can't spend a year on this thing either. It should be angled but the piece should be laying level. Third page is supply status with no cyan, yellow. I think we might go the 4600 route, that is of course if we can get it at a reasonable price.

Brand new - Lines are only in the middle and fade away at the edges. Lets try to simplify it.

Make sure its properly installed and clean. Also for your information, tray 2 is the small tray which sits below the transfer belt drawer.
