I also tried removing the .dsstore in the folder. To update your drives firmware check out www.rpc1.org . A note on *AVI* files - they are actually archive-directory files and depending on your Finder's set-up it might take awhile to access it. To update your drives firmware check out www.rpc1.org . I have tried everything imaginable including deleting both of them, and it does not let me.
